Terms & Conditions for Room, Lawn & Banquet Bookings

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through a written request (Email / WhatsApp / Booking Form).

  • Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The balance amount must be cleared before check-in/event date or as per agreed schedule.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the event/arrival date: ___% refund of advance.

  • Cancellation 15–30 days before: ___% refund.

  • Cancellation within 15 days: No refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

3. Check-In / Check-Out (Room Bookings)

  • Check-in Time: ___

  • Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and extra charges.

4. Lawn & Banquet Usage

  • Booking is valid only for the confirmed time slot.

  • Overtime usage will attract additional charges.

  • Decorations, sound, and lighting setups require prior approval from the resort.

  • Outside vendors (decorators/caterers) are allowed only with prior permission.

5. Payment Terms

  • All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via Cash / Bank Transfer / UPI / Card.

  • Final guest count must be provided ___ days prior to the event; billing will be based on the confirmed number or actual attendance, whichever is higher.

6. Damages & Liability

  • The booking party will be responsible for any damage to resort property caused by guests or vendors.

  • The resort will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Management reserves the right to stop any activity that may cause damage or safety concerns.

7. Noise & Legal Compliance

  • All local authority and sound regulations must be strictly followed.

  • Any illegal or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The resort’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount received for the booking.

10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
